All orders are shipped via Australia Post using your selected delivery method at checkout: Standard Tracking or Express Post.

Once your order has been lodged with Australia Post, delivery timeframes are outside of our control. We cannot be held liable for delayed, lost, missing, or incorrectly delivered parcels. For delivery updates or issues, please contact Australia Post directly using your tracking number.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are unable to take responsibility for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the buyer.
